IJmuiden beach

 

Hello everyone, it has been a while but I am back. If I am being honest with you, I was struggling. I love to make content and write blogs about beautiful locations. Only now that the lockdown is getting longer and there is still no possibility to travel again, I am getting a little stuck. There are still a view destinations that I had visited in the past, but if I write about those destinations I just feel like it has been to long ago.

 

 

Today I came with an idea what if I start a new series. I came with the idea to start a new blog about The Netherlands. Which places can you visit during lockdown? And which adventures can you go on when you stay in your home town. This month I am going to look for those answers and I will share all my founds with you. 

IJmuiden aan Zee

If you follow me on instagram you are probably already aware of the fact that I am a real ocean lover. If it was for me, you could find me day in and out at the beach. One of my go to beaches is Ijmuiden. You probably think huh why that one? There are so many beaches in The Netherlands and you choose that one? Yes, and I tell you why. This beach is really easy to go to. If you take the bus at Amsterdam Sloterdijk you can get there within a hour. It's a beautiful Long Beach, where you can enjoy the sand dunes, a long walk over the pier, do some water activities or relax at one of the beach bars. I must say if you are a person who prefers more beach bars/ lounges with more tourists this beach is to meant for you. But if you love the nature, the sound of the sea and the peace of the few tourists you will find here. This beach is the perfect location to visit.

 

Today's post is shorter than normally but as you know I have introduced you with my new series that I will share with you this month.
